So today I was planning to get to the airport early, drop off my bag and go visit the giant Buddha on Lantau Island. It worked well for the most part, I was able to check in at the train station before even getting to the airport, and so I was here by about 9:20 for a 14:00 flight, and went looking for a way to get to the buddha, but apparently it is a 45 minute drive to the buddha so I could not go and be back in time for customs etc... so I have had to amuse myself here at the giant airport instead....
Oh well in a few, OK 7 hours I'll be in Beijing on my way to finding the Mongolian Consulate YAY!!!!
